Oplinqa
Purchasing software shaped by the work, not by an ERP
Raise the request, route it for approval in order, sign the purchase order, and keep the finished paperwork in a folder you own. Thai first, English throughout.
Oplinqa was written inside a working purchasing department to fix the things that went wrong there every day. It is not a module carved out of a large ERP and handed to a small company to adapt to.
What it does

The documents stay yours
This is where it differs most from the usual cloud product. Every real file — quotations, generated PDFs, the signed purchase order — lives in your own company folder. Move that folder wherever you like, back it up the way you already back things up, and if you ever stop using Oplinqa the paperwork is still all there.
What the server holds is only what has to be shared: who approved what and when, and where the files sit. Not the documents themselves.
Who can see what
Ordinary staff see only the requests they raised. Approvers see what they must act on. Company admins see everything. That rule is enforced in the database, not merely hidden on screen.
Currently in beta
Oplinqa is used daily in a real purchasing department, and is free for other companies during the beta. It is a Windows application that updates itself, with a mobile web app for approving on a phone.
